Statement of organizational commitment
The Porcupine Health Unit commits to identifying barriers for people with disabilities. The health unit aims to remove and prevent barriers as well. Our goal is to provide people of all abilities with the same level of support and equal access to our services. - support persons are welcome.
- clients may use assistive devices to access our programs and services.
- clients with disabilities are aware of changes that may affect access to services.
